DAY 01 | Airport - Colombo

Welcome at Bandaranaike International Airport and transfer to Colombo. Explore the vibrant city on a guided tour, discovering its colonial landmarks, bustling markets, and cultural highlights

Travel to Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka’s ancient capital, and explore its UNESCO-listed ruins, sacred temples, and historic monuments. Later, continue to Sigiriya for an overnight stay

Climb the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its ancient frescoes and breathtaking views. Continue to Polonnaruwa for a sightseeing tour of its well-preserved ruins, including ancient palaces, temples, and statues. In the afternoon, enjoy an optional jeep safari at Minneriya National Park, home to diverse wildlife and large elephant herds. Return to Sigiriya in the evening

Depart for Kandy, stopping en route to visit the UNESCO-listed Dambulla Rock Cave Temple, renowned for its ancient Buddhist murals and statues. Optionally, explore a herbal/spice garden and a batik factory in Matale. Upon arrival in Kandy, enjoy a city tour featuring the scenic Royal Botanical Gardens, a captivating cultural dance show, and a visit to the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic.
